I entered the store with little knowledge of any of the products and without a clear price range. Lorraine who assisted me was very helpful and not at all pushy. She helped me make the right choice and explained the difference between all the products I looked at.

Visited Livingston store and was helped by Lorraine, couldn’t do enough for me, and was offered to use ‘sleepmatch’ to help with selecting the correct mattress and selected a pillow to aid in the testing. Everything explained, process couldn’t have been easier (despite the computer glitch’s which couldn’t be helped) Also good to see the store collecting for a local charity, everyone looked fab in pink
