John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us mattresses at a variety of prices - and we chose the most expensive without any pressure from him. I believe he is the store manager and sets a very good example to colleagues. Helpful without sales pressure. Excellent service.

We bought a mattress, which with the help of friendly staff , whos knowledge of the stores products , helped to get the right item and price we were looking for.

wandered into the store, purely for research purposes for a later purchase. John introduced himself and asked if we needed any help, he took time to understand what our intentions were and our requirements. At all times he was friendly,knowledgeable, and never pressured us in our decision making. after trying the new sleep match machine we explored available stock in store. my wife decided on the bed and mattress we wanted, and a new pillow... John was very helpful in placing our order and discussed, and selected the best delivery date. This was a great experience and we felt valued and were treated as customers should be treated, even offering tea/coffee as we browsed the store. highly recommend a visit to this store if considering a bed/sleep item.

Was greeted when entered the store gave us a good choice of beds to view to our specifics offered us a drink then took us on the machine to find out which mattress suits me and my partner once that was done she showed us the available mattress we could get and advised us on each one.we choose our products and the process was pleasant to the very end.
