Lorraine greeted us as we entered the store, asked us what we were shopping for, suggested we take the 3 minute check for most suitable mattress then took the time to show us the recommended mattresses. Just made the whole experience really easy.

The member of staff Robyn who helped us with our purchase was extremely knowledgeable about the products and able to give us information about sleeping in general, very friendly with good chat.

Lorraine was very helpful but not pushy.

Service was excellent told the assistant our budget and she was really helpful finding the right mattress for us within our budget range very pleasant and very helpful

Advisor was really knowledgable and when we decided to go ahead with our order but had other commitments that day, the advisor processed our order speedily and left us really happy with the service we received.

Right from the start the young assistant asked what I had in mind & took me to the mattress of my choice , even had a coffee at pay time .

I was given a warm welcome on entering the store, I was offered a tea or coffee while browsing. I used the bed measuring system was offered to try out various mattresses, before deciding on the one I bought. Staff were very helpful,, and friendly.
