We went in and we were asked if we needed assistance, when we said we were just looking at the moment we were left in peace until we did need help and advice. John, who helped us was very knowledgable and helpful. He made us understand the process of choosing our mattress. He did this with a pleasant manner and a good sense of humour. Overall he helped make this visit a pleasant experience and we would recommend to friends.

The sales assistant was very understanding of our needs and also worked out a fantastic deal for us on the day.

Lorraine was brilliant from the off. We were welcomed into the store within seconds of entering and after a brief chat discussed the mattress we needed. Lorraine took us to the Sleepmatcher and offered us a cup of tea or coffee. We were shown round 9 different mattresses after she'd listened to the feel and temperature that we liked and eventually picked the one she recommended. Lorraine also introduced us to the cooling pillows and we have taken 2 of these. Service with a smile and genuine care. Brilliant!

The assistant was courteous, very knowledgeable about the products, and showed us to the products that best met our needs. She was not pushy and allowed us time to examine the products and discuss our needs

Hi like I have said staff very friendly and took the time to make sure you were getting the right bed for you, could tell me all I wanted to know about the product I was buying nothing was to much trouble for the staff would highly recommend a visit to this company
