As soon as we arrived a member of staff was available to assist us. Her knowledge of the products was excellent. We were not rushed and able to take our time over the decision making process.

The assistant, Lorraine, was very pleasant knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She was not pushy but explained in detail the features of the item we were considering. The item itself was exactly the size and quality of what we were looking for.

Kelsea knew I wanted a double mattress. She put me in machine which told her the ideal mattresses for me. She took me round each one, trying which was best. She told me price of each and any offers on any of them.

Greeted by assistant immediatly on entering and taken to the sleep matching system. Assistant showed us the beds and pillows we watched with and then left us to have a look around the store ourselves. Talked us through the pricing and qualities of everything we were interested in. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Lorraine was very helpful, friendly and informative. She was very passionate about helping me find the right product and was very approachable. She never tried to force a sale or give me something I wasn't looking for.

Was greeted quickly and pleasantly after coming in store. Was asked relevant questions and quickly shown to appropriate suggestions. Also gave colour/style consultation.
