The shop assistant could not have been any more helpful and polite when picking my bed .her attitude was 100% and I really thing your shop assistant could quiet easily move up the ladder to greater things within your shop.

We had placed our order on the 17th and then decided to change the bed frame, Going back to the store and again dealing with Lorraine was a pleasure. she assisted us with what we wanted to do, showed us the new bed frame we were thinking about. Which we eventually bought, we also bought a small double mattress for another bed in our home. The customer service is fantastic!! I do feel we should have shopped around as another bed store is close by with similar products at a lesser price, Yes you argue about quality. Anyway. we received a 100% first class service from Lorraine at Dreams Livingston.

I was greeted by the store manager first he told us if we need any help just to give a little shout. and he gave us the space to have a shop around. We were in the middle of trying out there and we had a lovely colleague come up to us asking if we needed information on the bed that we were trying. Lorraine knew everything you could possibly want to know about a bed the types of beds that were available into great detail which I was extremely happy with. Lorraine really knew her stuff I couldn't have asked for a better sales assistant to help us find the perfect bed. 😍
