Staff were friendly and knowledgeable; the diagnostic approach meant we quickly narrowed the search to a handful of beds. We were given the time we needed and didnt feel rushed, yet we were done in just over half an hour to choose two new beds thanks to the diagnostics. Easy!

Lorraine approached us when we entered the store and offered assistance. She gave us time and space to browse and offered advice. She was very friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Bed shopping is confusing. It's not something that people do more than a few times in their lives. Lorraine at Livingston approached to ask if we needed help. We talked, she suggested we try the computerised bed machine to see where we should start looking. From there she guided us through about a dozen options, taking the time to listen to our thoughts, gave suitable guidance, talking from experience and made the experience far less daunting. No requests were too much trouble and her and John remained in the shop after official closing time to make sure we were satisfied with our not inconsiderable purchase. Overall a very friendly and positive experience. We would recommend to friends and family. Just waiting on our new bed to arrive now.
