Customer service was excellent. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and given plenty to wander the store on my own. I used the sleepmatch machine which helped identify what bed suited me. Lorraine was great at identifying beds within my budget and given me all the time needed to decide. Very happy with the service and quick order and delivery

From the minute we walked in the door to when we left we were made to feel welcome but not pressured in any way. Every member of staff we spoke with was professional, courteous and most importantly friendly.

Lorraine approached me when I entered the shop asked if I knew what I was looking for or did I need any help? Which I told her I was looking for a mattress. She asked if I like to go over and let the machine tell me what kind of mattress would be suitable for me It was great it gave a print out on which mattress which Lorraine pointed out to me and let me try she was there when I needed to ask questions and she was still helpful when I was looking at cheaper mattress telling me what ones where in stock Then when I realised I was getting good customer service

Within seconds of entering the store, Lorraine was over to see if she could help. I new I wanted a Tempur mattress as we currently own one. She took me through the different types, let me try the various mattresses and explained the prices. Lorraine was polite and cheerful. Even though I got late into the store, I was made to feel there was no rush. Great experience. Easily 'John Lewis' standard of service.

I was made to feel important and that I was the only person of importance in the shop.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Although the young girl was initially nervous she soon became aware of our needs and helped us choose the correct mattress. Upon our purchase we learned she had only been working here for a short time but the amount of knowledge she had and the way she came across with it was very professional.
