Robyn, the assistant, listened to what I was looking for, then made a range of suggestions to suit my needs. She gave up details about each product and helped us make an informed descision. She got the balance right - she didn't bombard us with information and gave us time on our own to decide what we wanted to do. The assistant, Kelsea, was brilliant from start to finish. As I walked in with no idea of what mattress I was wanting I really needed someone to walk me through my options and she did it in a pleasant and professional way. She provided me with numerous optional extras and wasn't pushy when I declined some of them and I was happy to accept things like mattress covers and 8 year protection plan as she explained the products clearly.

The customer service assistant was very friendly and helpful, made the purchase of the mattress very quick and easy.
