we were dealt with very quickly by Umran, he gave us really great advice, we left store, returned later after having disgust if we were purchasing, and he was very helpful regards a mattress after purchase of our bed, excellent member of staff.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy. The store has a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great experience.

It All went as planned, went spoke to Umran who suggested a few mattress's after going on test bed, he wasn't pushing for a sale, went to other outlets, Came back week later tried mattress again brought and paid for delivered the following week.
