The young girl who served me had amazing knowledge of the product and although I was unsure at what I wanted entirely she guided me though my choices and made sure it was the right one for me and my family . I left wanting to buy more beds than I planned and will definitely be back in the coming weeks . She was a real credit to your business you you’ll should be proud

We were approached in an appropriate amount of time after entering the store, we felt able to browse at our leisure, and Kasim would occasionally check to see if we needed anything, and offer helpful information while we looked around, and then we were able to make some decisions after asking a few questions, and the process of ordering was smooth, Kasim was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were very pleased to be able to successfully choose a bed frame and mattress in a short space of time. Umran was very helpful in determining the most suitable mattress for us, and selecting additional accessories such as sheets, pillows and mattress protector.

Just enough assistance given in a friendly and efficient way. No pressure from staff to obtain a sale. Very good.

Sale man was on his own with 3 customer in store, he juggle all 3 of us and kindly offered on of the clients a coffee, instead of them leaving and coming back, he didn’t do hard sell or rush us when the pressure was on at 750 on a Tuesday night. He was also polite and we weren’t made to feel rushed

We were helped during our whole experience when we entered dreams. The customer service person was not too pushy but very knowledgeable and kept us up to date and informed.
