The sales person was very informative and very helpful. Took time to ask what we required and pointed us to the correct place in the store. He advised us regarding what the types of mattresses available and the various price ranges. All in all very satisfactory service.

Kelsea the colleague that was helping me was polite and friendly, even got offered a tea or coffee haha! but Kelsea was able to quickly narrow down some reccomendations after disscussing what I required/wanted, escorted me round the store and pointed out said recommendations and lead to the purchase :)

Steph the store assistant done everything she could and more to help me purchase the bed. She was very friendly and done more than she needed to which was nice.

Staff member was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive without being over helpful.
