Umran was very helpful and made the whole experience pleasant. He understood what I was looking for and went out of his way to make sure I knew all the options.

Upon my visit staff were friendly welcoming listened to my needs an were informative on the products I choose kasim who I seen on my initial visit was very helpful.when I returned to the store kasim recognised me an was very helpful once again informative of what products were also available,insurance cover as such an the usual accessories needed when purchasing a bed and mattress

Friendly welcoming staff. Who were knowledgeable about the products and very helpful.

Staff member Kasim was very friendly and approachable. His knowledge of products was very good. He took time showing us different products and listening to us, helping us find the right bed for us.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products and made us feel we could ask him anything. There was no pressure to hurry you up or make a purchase. Well done shopping was a pleasure.

The colleague (James) was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy or pressuring. Provided us with necessary information to enable us to make OUR choice.

Sales person spoke to us as soon as we went in. He was extremely helpful answering any questions and explaining the different deals.
