Dreams - Livingstone

Kelsea was very helpful, and was keen to find us the right bed and mattress. There were a number of things we were offered that we didn't need which was frustrating however I understand this us her job.

After visiting a few stores i finally went went back to dreams as they seem to have the best choice and display, your sales people do not leave you to browse come to you when asked.( I like that approach).your colleague UMRAN was most sociable and helpful,with a good kno wledge of the product

The team were very friendly and catered to our needs, we were offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch. That team member was very patient for myself and my indecisive partner

There was a lot to choose from but I had done my search at dreams on line so I had a good idea of what I was looking for

Kasim the assistant was very helpful he gave very good explanation of the various mattresses gave us plenty time to try out the various types, attentive but was not pushy, he even took the time to make us coffee.

Came to the Livingston store to buy a mattress. Was approached by Steph, very helpful on every mattress I tried. Even gave me a pillow! Offered my mum a coffee. My daughter was playing up so had to leave. I came back later and she was there to help again. She had a lot of patience putting up with me and my very indecisive partner (who I had to communicate over phone with) gave me all the info I needed and even had a natter whilst paying up! Deserves a bonus she does! 😁

Steph approached us when we entered the shop and asked us did we need help, we said we were looking around and we were offered a drink while we browsed which we kindly said no to, we then left the shop and returned shortly after, we were approached by another colleague but asked for Steph as she had seen us the first time. Steph allowed time to let us browse but also was near to answer questions and queries that we had, she was able to answer questions about both the beds and mattresses. I ended up buying a bed frame and a mattress from Steph that day. Thanks to her assistance it was an enjoyable experience.
