The sales man was very helpful. He had great product knowledge. He wasn’t pushy and just gave great advice.

The young girl called Stephanie who helped us with our purchase was fantastic and she makes a fantastic cup of coffee, I will be sure to look out for her next time I'm in your store she's a credit to the company thank you so much girlie .big hugs

The Assistant (Kasim) was very helpful and explained fully the types of mattresses on display. We were allowed to try a selection without any 'sales pressure' which was very pleasing. Having made our selection and having obtained further useful information from Kasim we were pleased to place the order. First class service throughout!

We were asked politely on entering the store if we required assistance and what we were looking for. Then we were directed to a place to try out different types to find out preference on mattress type and given nice pillow to use. Kasim was helpful without being in our faces and VERY knowledgeable about the products and the offers available. He encouraged us to keep trying between our favourite 3 mattresses we eventually got down to until we were happy with our decision, and was very straight up about the prices of each, and what credit options were available. Its so nice to go into a store and find a member of staff who actually knows what they are talking about and who is content to help you on your journey to making a decision without coming out with stupid comments or pushing you toward the most expensive option, if anything the opposite was true (though we got the most expensive one in the end anyway!) A truly enjoyable shopping experience

Salesman was very helpful and told us we had 48 hrs to change our order as we discovered we might have a problem with size. We re-measured on our return home and had to change the order. We phoned the shop who said they would get back to us with a new delivery date for the smaller size. They phoned the next morning with a new date but said we would have to return the mattress protector for one the appropriate size. We returned later that day with the 6' protector to exchange but were told we would have to return it after the bed had been delivered. I thought it would have been simpler for the delivery to include the smaller protector and to pick up the 6' one and return it when they got back. Overall we found it a pleasant experience and look forward to sleeping in our new bed!!

Kasim was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, offered us refreshments on a number of occasions and made us feel very welcome. We left very satisfied with a bed we cannot wait to receive!

Within a couple of minutes of entering the store, we had been greeted by 2 members of staff, it felt like they were acknowledging our presence, but not pushing us for a sale. The 3rd member of staff, Steph, asked if we needed assistance, and explained the layout of the store, and listened to my needs. She asked what kind of pillow I’d like for trying out the beds, left me to it, then returned after I had tried the 2 I was looking at. Once I’d made a decision, she showed me the mattress protectors, then the whole sale and delivery arrangements were complete within 5 mins. I was grateful to have been greeted, but left alone to browse before assistance was offered. I was also very impressed with the speed of completing the sale.

My tempur cloud pillow is amazing and I am no longer having problems with rubbish pillows. I can look forward to amazing sleeps from now on I am totally happy and thank you dreams
