Just went in for a look and some ideas and ended up buying a new bed that was on offer on black friday

Very helpful and professional sales colleague. Felt as though Steph was really interested in finding out our needs/requirements and was able to show us several options. She was able to explain in clear English any questions/concerns either my wife or I had. Overall a very good experience

Very helpful staff

I was very impressed with the knowledge, expertise, and experience of the dreams colleague namely Kasim who assisted us in choosing our beds. He was very polite, attentive spent a lot of time explaining the different benefits of your products. There did not seem to be anything thet was too much trouble for him and he even arranged to supply us with a coffee which was most welcome. I would like that he receives this feed back to make him aware of how much we appreciated his customer care.

We walked into the store and were greeted from afar then chap walked without rushing to us and asked if he could help most impressed ask what we were looking for when told him he went on to explain the difference between this and that offered us coffee or tea did not rush us spoke clearly and slowly as we are nearing or eighties a. nd my husband is disabled for me what was not to like with the store and chappie night

Store colleague was exceptional, made a great stress free environment for me to make my purchase.

Kasim was warm and friendly, he had great product knowledge and was able to answer all my questions. We were offer a warm refreshment as it was a cold day outside.

I found Stephanie at the Livingston branch really professional friendly helpful but not pushy which would have put me of shopping in the store. I was shopping for three bedrooms and she made it do easy also the 20% off helped a lot it made it possible to do the 3 rooms and not just 2. She was very knowledgeable and could help point out items that fitted my criteria. She also offered hospitality as soon as we arrived which was nice as she didn't even know if I was shopping or not. In all an enjoyable shopping experience thank you Stephanie
