We are about to become first time home owners and as a result we really wanted a new bed but at a reasonable cost due to a lot of outgoings when initially buying a home as most can imagine it can build up. We were greeted with a friendly Witch ( it was around Halloween time ) as soon as we entered the door to look at the beds. It turns out the Witch had a name...Steph our daughter loved the fun costume immediately she made us feel at ease and explained where things were in the store so we could have a look around. Steph also checked in on us after our browse to let us try all the different mattresses after we had decided on a frame. Everything was explained in detail and even told us about the great discounts in store at the time. We even managed to save money by buying an ex display mattress which we inspected and there was nothing wrong with it at all. The payment process was fairly smooth and any issues that cropped up whilst filling out forms etc Steph's colleagues were fast to help and resolve any information needed. Overall a great experience and great Value we look forward to sleeping in our new bed and having the best dreams.

Walked in and an advisor greeted me and informed of the offers that were in store today. They were super informative but left me to browse at my leisure without pressure of sale. Great customer service. When I did decide to buy Kasim was wonderful and swiftly processed my order offering a range of products to accompany my purchase and removal of my old frame. Unfortunately I wasn't in a position to take the offers but found he was very understanding. Thanks Kasim.
