Our assistant Kasim was highly knowledgeable about all the products we viewed and tried out, he was also very pleasant and an asset to your brand.

I was very pleased with my visit to dreams. I have not yet got my bed etc. But so far very happy.

My sales advisor was really great he guided me through my business with helpfulness and put me at ease while awaiting my order to be finalised. This is now my third bed over the last year I am very happy with my purchases. I hope my furniture is just as rewarding an experience when it arrives.

We were met by Kasim and we explained what we wanted he gave us all our options and pointed us in the right direction. Didn’t overcrowd us but kept ensuring we were happy so far. Completed the sale and explained everything clearly

We wanted to purchase a super king frame and mattress however we believed the clear height of our stairs meant we could only fit a king mattress. The sales assistant Steph advised us we could get a super king mattress as a split or zipped option and the frame would come as flat pack, so we could purchase the size we wanted. We had two young children, a five year old and a one year old, with us on our visit to the store. Steph was friendly patient and accommodating while we attended to our children, and took the time to explain everything. She asked us an number of time if she could get us tea, coffee or something for our children while she explained everything and allowed us time to make our decision.

After explaining previous bad matress experiences Kasim was able to point us in the direction of a suitable matress. A very amicable young man with excellent product knowledge and no hard sell. Very easy to talk to and a pleasure doing Buisiness with him
