Sales assistant (Hamish) took a lot of time to understand exactly what we wanted. He also contacted the warehouse to find out if there was a bed available as we required it urgently for family member staying with us.

My Son needed a new mattress - all we knew was that we needed a double and didn't want to pay too much. Within minutes we found the ideal mattress and it didn't cost the earth.

the sales person was very knowledgeable about the products taking time to explain the different bed types and allowing us to try them out. We never felt pressured to make a purchase which was nice and we left feeling we had made the right choice for us.

The staff member who assisted us was very helpful and not at all to persistent which can sometimes happen in similar stores. Had a lot of knowledge about the products/pricing and listened to our budget and helped us work with this to find a bed that was right for us.

The colour coded beds made the choice easier and quicker and was highly delighted with the choice my partner and I selected
