The salesman, Kasim, explained that the products were displayed with the red, purple, yellow etc banners and that made it easy to compare by category. We decided on the "combination" category, so it was then simply a matter of finding one or two in our price range, £600 - £800, and then trying them out. So, despite the rather daunting array of beds on display, that tactic worked really well.

I visited the store with my mum for her to look at your storage beds. We had no intention of purchasing today however down to the service we received from Kasim we were able to make an easy decision there and then. Whilst in the store all staff were very friendly towards us and it felt completely different to any other bed shops we have visited. I can honestly say that never in a sales shop have I received the level of customer service that we did today from Kasim. He is a credit to your business and the reason I wanted to complete this survey.
