Excellent experience from walking through the doors to sitting down and purchasing the products. Steph in the livingston branch was superb took the time to fully understand our needs and wants and pointed us in the right direction, do your best to hold onto her. Even got a cup of coffee in a real mug, nice touch.

Kasim was very helpful, explaining the different types of mattresses, the various prices, etc. He gave us pillows to rest our heads on while we tried 5 different mattresses and was very patient while we made up our minds.

Steph was the Livingston Dreams Rep that dealt with our enquiry, purchase and delivery arrangement and was very helpful during this time. When I explained I had a Services Discount Card but had left it at home she arranged to allow me to return a half hour later with my card to qualify for the 10% discount. Lot of Brownie points for Dreams. The overall experience that my wife and I found was very pleasant and reassuring, low prices and lots of stock to ponder and helpful competent staff.

Great to see the product I had chosen online, resulted in buying a different bed that was more what I was looking for but hadnt seen on line. Would have liked a quicker delivery date but I was limited on availability
