The sales advisor Kasim was working today on his own and was very professional at all times and he kept regular contact with each of the customers in the store waiting to make a purchase or enquiry. He offered us tea or coffee on 3 occasions as our visit was almost 2 hours in the branch today. He managed to also deal with maintenance contractors whilst handling customers at the same time but in a polite and friendly manner asking it it would be okay to do so and still making us feel valued customers. He was not pushy about the sale just allowed us plenty of time to make brouse and choose the right product today.

Kasim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time to ensure we knew all about our various purchases and were happy with them before raising the order. As a result I would not hesitate in returning for future purchases.

The staff member assisting us was incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. Giving us plenty of time and space to make decisions and answered all our questions.

I was satisfied as I had already viewed my items online and these items were on sale in the store. Kasim took time to explain the layout of the store and also explained how to operate the bed and explained the different types of mattresses.

The sales advisor was very attentive and helpful with my enquiry.

The range of products on open display meant that we were able to make an informed choice on the best bed to suit our needs. The assistance given by the staff member, KASIM, was excellent and showed a maturity and experience level beyond his years. He is an excellent ambassador for your company.
