Great customer interaction from staff. Nothing was too much for him to do. Made us feel at ease and the process was effortless.

The store assistant was extremely attentive, friendly and approachable without being pushy.

Salesman was clean and tidy, very friendly and knowledgeable about product.

We were made very welcome by the salesman who had great knowledge on the beds and bedding in the store. He even gave us a welcome cup of coffee which we appreciated. He took us around the various b do and described their makeup and contents. Nothing seemed to bother him as he was there to please his customers. We enjoyed the experience and would go back there if we needed an additional bed.

Kasim was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgable about the products and spent a lot of time showing us alternatives and the benefits of each.

Allowed to look around with no pressure sales, after having the label/ticket explained.

Steph 229 was a lovely lady, she stayed with me for the whole sale.She also offered me tea which I had 2 cups, Steph talked about the difference in beds and mattresses and was very patient throughout. Also the difference between the covers for 5/8 year which I decide I didn’t want.
