saleslady very helpful ,but never felt under any pressure

Kasim greeted us as we entered the store and, after asking if we had looked at mattresses before (we hadn't) explained the colour coding, the different kinds of mattresses and invited us to try all the different kinds. At no point did we feel pressured into buying anything and any questions we had were answered simply and with good knowledge.

It was a quick decision for us and the assistant advised us and was quick with our purchase and papers. We don't wont to be in a store for hours and the quick experience was good and we had the rest of the day to plan.

Mainly because the colleague who helped me, Kasim. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very friendly and welcoming. Made the visit and purchase seamless and enjoyable.

Kasim met us on arrival with a huge smile and helped us brilliantly from start to finish, making sure we got the mattress we wanted. When I realised we had ordered a double mattress instead of a king size, Kasim was again hugely helpful in making adjustments to our order. This was customer service at it's best and Kasim is a huge asset to your organisation. Hamish was also helpful too, and it seems as though the staff at Almondvale make a great team.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. The range was excellent.

The salesperson understood what he was selling and guided me through the mattress options; I felt like he had my interests in mind and was not trying to push me to the most expensive options, actually offering cheaper alternatives that might have been more appropriate. I was offered coffee or tea and made to feel welcome. Finally the sales person guided me through mattress protectors and pillows, even doing a deal to get the covers cheaper with the mattress insurance. I never felt pressured or "sold" to.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable, gave plenty of time to try out the full range of products that we were looking for with no pressure applied to purchase a particular brand or style. I would recommend Karim to family and friend with no hesitation.
