We went to choose a new mattress. We were shown how the colour coding worked, and were supplied with pillows to go and try the ones on display. We were not rushed in any way. We made the choice and also bought the type of pillows we tried!

Kasim was very knowledgable and friendly

the overall friendliness and helpfulness of Kasim was first class and at no time were we pushed in to buying anything he gave us good advice then let us make up our own mind top marks

The gentlemen who helped with what i needed was polite, listen to what i was looking for. He also showed me other less expensive choices of the item i was there to buy. He explained everything in way i understood when we were filling out the forms. I felt that I was well looked after and was even offered a coffee.

Kasim was most attentive despite being on his own and having to briefly attend to other customers - always politely excused himself. Of particular note was his natural ability to not be in "our space" whilst we tested mattresses. He answered all questions and was extremely knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff but not ontrusive

Member if staff was very helpful in assisting to decide on mattress. Friendly too. Good shopping experience

Kasim was extremely helpful and warm from the moment we entered the shop, his service convinced me to spend much more on a bed than I had thought about going into the store

We went in with a good idea of what we wanted and the assistant quickly guided us to the bed that suited us. We then shopped around more stores and came back to order the recommended one.
