Kasim our sales man was one of the nicest and enthusiastic sales men that I have ever dealt with.

From the minute we walked into the Livingston store, and engaged with Kasim / Sales Advisor, he demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the product - he knew his subject matter "inside out"! This overall experience was a very positive journey for us when selecting our new Tempur mattress. Under the expert guidance of Kasim, we were able to evaluate and decide in store, what mattress would be most suitable for us, and thanks to Kasims input, the sales transaction was concluded on the day, without the need for us to go searching elsewhere in another store. Well done Kasim, you were very friendly and personable, and demonstrated outstanding product knowledge, coupled with complete professionalism throughout.

Steph was extremely friendly and understood our needs very quickly. She gave us as much time as we needed to try different mattresses and never rushed us even when we were dealing with our children. She was extremely knowledgeable in all the products and explained everything from the order to the delivery and the construction. The store was spotless and had an extremely friendly atmosphere.

The staff were extremely helpful in aiding us to pick the correct bed to suite our needs as well as explaining everything about the products the actual employee was Kashmir and we would certainly recommend him for the courteous way in which he took the time with us.

Kasim was friendly, efficient, polite, and showed a very good knowledge of the products for sale. The only down side to todays purchase, is the mattress protector we had chosen was not in stock, and has to be posted out later.

Our purchase was made on our 2nd visit, we were quoted costs for a bedunit, but after measuring our room, this 1st purchase was not suitable. It was Lorand who helped us with this, so we looked for him on our return visit, he remembered us and came over to assist us with our final purchase. He gave us the option again of tea or coffee, which is very pleasant, and then assisted us from start to finish, as he knew the other bed and mattress we were interested in. Lorand also remembered which mattress out of the three similar that we had tried on previous visit, and what was more suitable for our requirements. Lorand explained very well the options that were available to us, and the returning of the mattress costs and all information if we weren't happy with it, also the explanation of why the mattress cover is best being cotten, like we have already, and he made sure the pillows we tried were suitable for us. A very enjoyable, informative, experience, thanks Lorand.

The employee who assisted us was friendly and professional and was a fantastic person to deal with. Complementary coffee given during our wait. All-round great shopping experience.
