Purchased a double bed mattress / from the moment I stepped into the shop I was greeted by a young man who assisted me he listened to what my requirements were and was able to find me the perfect mattress , he has great knowledge of the products , he also loaded the mattress into my car. ( best shopping experience of the day )

Stephanie was lovely and made it a joy, however she was learning and asked her manager to double check the order before she placed it, he said it was all okay however then was very pushy for me to purchase a warranty, I had already purchased a mattress cover and he said the warranty would be £65 but I would get the cover fir £30, I was just buying a bed for my spare room and didn’t need warranty, however as I thought it would go against Stephanie I agreed to it. When the order was put through (after he checked it) it was com8ng out as £65 more, poor Stephanie asked him to check it again and he said she had done it wrong not once but several times, I felt for Stephanie as she did not do it wrong it was just an error one of which he caused, I am a manager and would never reprimand a member of staff in front of others never mind in front of a customer, Stephanie remained professional and completed the transaction. When he came to re do it he was rude in his manner as I said I no longer required the warranty and asked him to remove it, he said “no” I had to say it in a firmer tone

We were assisted to find what we were after in a friendly manner and the price was reasonable.

Store was well equipped, and easy to find what you wanted. Plenty floor staff to meet my requirements. Friendly,efficient staff.

Good accurate service from staff, helpful, friendly, informative (Kasim), no pressure sales but on hand to answer questions and knowledgeable. Our only issue is beds seem to have gone up an awful lot in price in the 8 years since we last bought from you!

Went to dreams store not really knowing what to look for but the staff were very helpful and picked a bed amd mattress what we need and at a amazing price very happy with the experience and will definitely use again in the future
