The Store was well stocked, warm and comfortable. Kasim was very helpful, friendly, well spoken and knew his job. Arrangements for delivery were easy.

The young man who attended to us was called Kasim. He explained everything we needed to know was patiently helpful in answering all our questions. The whole shopping experience was relaxed and enjoyable. Absolutely no pressure selling from Kasim.
