The consultant was knowledgable and helpful. The bed delivery dates were not in system or the long time lead in sheet. So your head office let the consultant and team down by having IT systems

I called into Dreams Livingston yesterday looking for a new bed and mattress. When I arrived the Sales Assistant greeted me with " Good morning and welcome to Dreams. If you need assistance please ask me." He left me to look around which I appreciated as I don't like it when someone hovers over me. I decided what bed I wanted but needed help with the mattress so I spoke with the Sales Assistant- Hamish. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. Then I told him the bed I wanted. He asked me if I would consider buying the display model, which was damaged. It was also reduced quite a bit. I decided to buy the damaged display model and use what I'd saved on the bed, to buy a better mattress. Because it was Black Friday, the mattress I chose was also reduced so I was able to have 4 new pillows as well as I already had a mattress protector. I couldn't believe this. I NEVER have anything like this happen to me, It's always someone else. I was literally in tears. I was so happy. Thank you Dreams! This was my second purchase from you and I will definately recommend you to my friends and anyone I hear that needs your services. Dreams really do come true at Dreams!!!

This was my second visit to dreams in Livingston. Last year I ordered 2 bed frames and mattress this year a tv bed mattress plus accessories. I returned this year as the service I received previously was so good. I felt no pressure to buy and was given all the information I needed without feeling bombarded.

Had an issue with some damaged goods and a very helpfull Gary Holmes resolved it within minutes. Highly satisfying

The Assistant had a lot of experience in beds and answered our questions in a professional manner. We were very impressed.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. He asked if we knew what we had in mind and proceeded to help us to choose a bed plus mattress. He also catered to our budget and needs without being to overpowering the way some sales assistants are and gave us space to make decision. A credit to Dreams and due to not feeling harassed and assisting with choice we will certainly highly recommend and return to the store in future.
