Service was great. Used the sleep machine to help us in choosing our mattress. We ended up getting two which we did not plan on when leaving for shopping yesterday. Great help and advice from John, the store a manger and a really efficient and easy sale - shop was warm and was offered water too which was a nice touch!

Jon the assistant was most helpful, he was not pushy for a sale, he allowed us to take our time and, was most attentive, as my husband felt rather hot, he brought him a chair to sit upon and a bottle of water. We selected our mattress and selected our delivery date, and all was dealt with in a very professional manner We are now awaiting delivery , thank you Dreams

John who was the chap who assisted me was very knowledgeable he also asked me appropriate questions about my needs and what I wanted from my purchase, he showed me the options open to me and explained in detail the differences with each option. John also gave me a bottle of water and his collection offered to make me a hot drink, this was totally unexpected and a lovely experience. I will certainly be recommending dreams in the future.

George was very attentive, didn’t put pressure on quick sale. Knew his products and benefits on each. Explained potential discounts with adding more items to order. Very friendly and came across very genuine. Interacted well with his colleagues and multi tasked when colleague looking for help but not to detriment of dealing with our sale.
