I actually came into the store looking knowing very little about the options that would be available, only that I have limited space and wanted a double bed. The gentlemen who attended me, was very helpful and I respected that he didn't accept my "just looking around" response, and was still keen to help and understand what had made me want to walk into the store in the first place. Once I told him my specific requirement he made some recommendations and showed me what was available. Also gave some options on the related mattresses and I was impressed with the overall technical knowledge displayed. As I work in Sales myself, I was very impressed with level of service and patience on display. He even made me a cup of tea whilst I decided. I ended up buying a bed that I did need, but wasn't planning to purchase that day. But am very pleased that I did so. However I was pleased I had done so.

Kasim was very helpful and did not act like a pushy salesman trying to corner you into a sale. The placement of the order was very smooth and again kasim didn't push us into buying any products however we did buy some additional products because we felt that they were good value for money and explained in detail by kasim. I felt like we could say no which was a good thing.

Very helpful staff. Didn't make us feel awkward about asking for a cheaper alternative. Very good with our 16month old child (so was another sales person at your store in Straiton, Edinburgh). Gave us time to test different mattresses and did not stand over us. Generally very chatty, making the buying process easy and quick.
