Ann was very pleasant and gave us time to try different mattresses at our own pace. No pressure from her but was on hand if we had any questions for her. Which we did. She was able to answer all our queries and although today we were just going to browse we actually decided to go ahead with our purchase. Happy with our shopping experience today and looking forward to our new mattress being delivered.

Stephanie, who was the salesperson attending to us could not have been more helpful. She was so attentative and was willing to show all products in our approximate price range. She accompanied us when necessary and was discreet when she felt that we wished to discuss details. We would mark her ten out of ten!

Approached by a friendly member of staff at Livingston branch names Steph, she took time to help us decide which mattress suited our needs and gave options based on this. She kept our budget in mind and helped us fulfill all our needs within this. Great knowledge and advice and very friendly. Very professional, yet helped entertain our children whilst we ordered which was a massive help.

Fantastic wide range of beds and mattresses and types etc on display. We had attended 3 other large bed retailers in immediate area to check prices etc but Dreams won hands down. We bought our last bed from Dreams, which we are still happy about but attended other retailers to compare but ended up coming back. The assistance was great and very knowledgeable and certainly knew his craft. Well done!!
