Our sales assistant Kasim was so helpful and had a great balance of being friendly but not over-familiar and still very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us enough information to help with our decision. The products are good quality and offer value for money.

Given plenty of advice on the different Tempur mattress, were given pillows to try with each mattress. Stephanie didn't follow us around or push for a sale, which made me feel comfortable and that I was not under pressure to make a purchase. It was a nice relaxed environment which made trying out different beds a relaxing experience.

We were not sure what we were looking for after being given the chance to look around kasim approached us and spoke through our options and gave us really good advice on what to look at for our style and price range was very helpful throughout. Also explained and offered finance and insurance options without feeling pushy

Vast range of types of mattress and good stock of the particular type we were after. The sales person had good product knowledge and was very patient and helpful in guiding us to our final choice without any undue pressure. The delivery date of some two and half weeks away could have been an issue but not in our case - in any event being effectively made to order this seemed perfectly acceptable.

We went just to have a look today. We came home and thought about the purchase and how friendly and helpful Kasim was he answered everything l needed to know and with a smile

The Dreams assistant (KASIM. validation code 229) met us at the store entrance. When we told him we only wanted a mattress he explained the colour coding of the various mattresses on offer and the internal structure of each type. This was very import as my husband is experiencing back problems at the moment. Kasim left us to try out as many mattresses as we wished, answering fully any queries we had. He also pointed out a mattress which he regarded as more suitable to my husband's needs - a mattress which happened to be on special offer and which we did purchase on that visit. Kasmin also suggested that we think about the suitabllity of the pillows we were using. On his advice and after trying the pillows out we added them to our purchases. The purpose of our visit to Dreams was to check out what type of mattresses were available to us and after speaking with Kasim we were happy to place our order. Finally he completed the necessary paperwork for delivery.

Stephanie took us through the importance of trying out the different mattresses then making a choice then to pick the type of bed / headboard with a choice of colours also not forgetting the pillows. This was not rushed but taken at a pace that suited us - excellent customer service.

Received immediate attention from an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson who spent a long time with me to ensure I purchased a mattress that satisfied my requirements.

I was approached quickly by the staff asking if I needed any help and then shown what I was looking for. I was left to have a look and then approached again asking if I needed any further assistance. Ann talked me through my finance options and then processed my order very efficiently
