Kasim the member of staff who dealt with us on our visit was very attentive towards us and our needs. He made us feel very welcome and made sure we chose the products that were right for us whilst keeping within our budget. The store itself was clean, tidy and was layed out well with a good selection of choice.

David was very informative and gave me advice that I wanted. He also remember me from my previous visit and which frames and mattress had interested me.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted pleasantly and Steph asked all the right questions to help me find what I was looking for. She took me through all the different types of mattresses and once I had decided on which firmness I wanted she walked me through the different mattresses they had to offer. She was extremely helpful, efficient and chipper and my order was placed and completed in no time at all.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I enjoyed trying out the different types of mattresses and the music playing made it a nice experience as well. Your tv advertising is very well thought out as well. We are really looking forward to receiving our new sk size bed and hopefully having a great nights sleep on it.

Stephanie was very helpful and she certainly new her job and was extremely knowledgeable about the products.

We were given a lot of time to decide with out any pressure at all, even though the store was closing and we had been there for well over an hour.
