As it was our first time purchasing a bed we lacked any real knowledge of what to look for? The salesman was fantastic and very friendly. He gave us just the right amount of information and allowed us sufficiant time alone to consider our options. After visiting numerous stores including a rival benson beds across the road,I can say that he was a particularly powerful reason for our purchase. He is an asset to your company

Assistant was extremely knowledgable with regards to merchandise being sold in store. Very polite and pleasant.

I was greeted as we entered, offered assistance, left to look round, it was easy to ask for more help, the person was very good and made sure we left satisfied.

the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and supplied us with a cup of tea letting me try the beds was great and this helped me pick the bed I liked. The member of staff gave me a lot of options to pick from and he did not pressure me into buying any of the products I had a comfortable time in the shop and will be back if I need anything else. The only thing was the length of time to get my mattress ordered it on the 12th and not getting it until the 22nd abit long apart from the length of time to deliver the mattress the experience was great Thanks

The staff took the time to ask us lots of questions to help establish what would be the best product for us. We gave a budget and at no time did we feel pressured to go above this.

The helpful staff listened to our requirements, guided us through the options available, made suggestions and assisted us in making a final choice
