The whole experience was made easy with the help the assistant gave us, she also gave us a good deal with the insurance at the end too. Will definately be back and will recommend to others.

The assistant gave us very good service and even though we were there a long time (and past closing time) we never felt rushed.

The shop was reasonably busy, yet Kasim handled it very professionally. There were other staff in the shop, yet he was attentive polite and friendly with all of us. He was very informative and always told us where he was going and how long he would be. He made us feel very relaxed as we had no clue what we were doing, didn't realise buying mattress meant we could try them all out. Kasim was calm and collected, mentioned he had recently transferred from your Dunfermline store, but he is a real asset to the Livingston Branch and your company as a whole.

He's was a huge help to choose the right matres for us.He's spent almost an hour with us to show everything what can fit in to our budge and what is the best for our sleeping habits.He's knowledge is unbelievable from all of your products. It was great to see your employee do his job with a great passion.
