We needed both a bed frame and mattress. Although we knew what we wanted regarding the bed frame, we needed advice regarding the choice of mattress. Ann was excellent in describing and showing us the different mattress types, as well as describing the 40-day swap policy.

I was served by Kasim and i found him to be very friendly, helpful and knowleagable. He went out of his way to help me and I was very impressed by his professionalism.

Went to Dreams Livingston to buy a bed and a mattress. I walked in the shop an was approached immediately by Lorand who made sure that i have all the attention i need and require. He wasn't clingy and i loved that. He let me know that i can rely on him if i need any assistance. After i chose the bed frame Lorand explained all the types of mattresses to me and advised i should try all of them. He was extremely helpful and helped me very much with his advise and guidance. I chose the mattress and we proceeded to pay. He set the finance plan very quickly and was extremely friendly and attentive meanwhile offering me a drink. I will definitely shop again and when I do I will requite Lorand to serve me. I am extremely satisfied. Lorand is amazing, friendly, understands the needs of his clients and has all the necessary information about all the products in the store.

Ann was very helpful and explained the process of choosing the correct matress. She also offered us a beverage while deciding on what we were looking for. She explained the simple steps well and concise.
