Ann was a 'Dream' in assisting me buy the bed I required. I was looking for a small double and she knew which models were available in this size. She explained the difference between pocket and foam mattresses. She was very patient as I tried all the available beds for comfort. She explained how a mattress should be turned and how important it was to have a mattress protector and the correct pillows. Because of this I purchased 2 pocket pillows and an additional 2 mattresses. I have mobility issues so all in all it was a very relaxed pleasant experience. I am looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress!

The guy who served me was Hungarian, can't remember his name but a very down to earth sales man, very friendly and real which makes a change nowadays. Def buy from him again. I am a store manager myself and never do these surveys but felt his customer service warranted it!

The quality of the product were very good and the guy who helped us was very friendly,helpful and his knowledge about the product was satisfactory.We will recommend this shop to our friends!

The sales assistant (sorry I can't remember his name) was very helpful and pleasant. The store was quite busy with customers so I had a longish wait to be served but it meant I could browse and check out the mattresses that I was considering. Overall happy with the service.

ON ENTERING WE WERE APPROACHED IN A VERY MANNERLY WAY BY ANN AND THIS ASSISTANCE AND HELP CONTINUED THROUGHOUT OUR VISIT - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
