John, the manager, was very helpful. He showed me what mattresses would be suitable for me and was very patient while I tried them out (several times!) He left me to it but was always within reach if I had any questions. Of course the proof of the product will be in the use of it. But I was reassured that if it didn’t suit I could exchange it within 40 days.

John was very helpful and knowledgeable, he respected our space and understood our needs, didn’t rush us and made us fell comfortable in the store. Great customer service.

We were greeted by a friendly smile, the assistant introduced himself as Jon and had a chat with us. We had a look around and went back to him as he was super approachable. He was sanitising the beds while we looked around, which I found comforting! He gave us advice and assistance and then he offered us water. We were given pillows to try the beds and got to do the sleep test machine to see what would suit me and what would suit my husband! It was very interesting! Nice rapport created and will definitely go back!

The gentleman serving us was the store manager, he was kind and incredibly good at his job - a clearly very experienced salesman. He took the time to listen to what we were after, asking us about the products we required and then advising us to use the sleep machine. Afterwards he offered us a bottle of water - very welcome given that it was an extremely hot day - and then he talked to us about aches and pains etc. What we did for a living etc. And explained to us what the best pillows and bedding would be for us before we even touched on the mattresses. He took us round 4 mattresses asking us to compare the feel of each one, and concluded the experience by helping us make a decision that was based on what we needed and wanted in a mattress, and was evidently not only selling based on price - an experience we had had elsewhere. I can genuinely say our experience in the Livingston branch of Dreams was an absolute Dream and I would happily shop here again and would recommend it to anyone every day.

The service we receieved from Jon was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, found us a number of options to choose from and allowed us to use the special machine to find our correct mattress type. He made sure we were comfortable in store and offered us water as it was a warm day. The experience was excellent from start to finish.

I was really satisfied with Jon the sales rep who assisted us. He was extremely patient with us and even waited way after the closing time to ensure we selected and paid for the right product. Jon was so helpful and never rushed us but rather spent his time making sure we went only getting a bed but the right bed that suited our needs and budget. I would give Jon 5 stars any day....
