Very friendly and helpful

THIS IS SECOND TIME WE HAVE BOUGHT A MATTRESS FROM DREAMS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND THOUGHT THAT FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. UP TO NOW WE ARE JUST AS PLEASED.

We had a great experience at Dreams Livingston, sales assistant Anne couldn't have been more helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted within our budget, and most importantly wasnt too pushy. We were offered tea and coffee, i had an upset stomach that day and was even allowed to use their loo! Thank you x

Went there looking for specific bed and was taken to it and sampled it and other beds.

Assistant was very knowledgeable, made an additional sale to us without being pushy, satisfied all our needs and was quick in processing us yet gave us his full attention. Was pleased to find you offer discount to veterans, a very commendable gesture that not enough retailers do.

Neil was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ann is a real asset to the Livingston store. She is extremely knowledgeable in all the products and it's obvious she has a passion for what she does. Ann is a genuinely lovely lady and honestly it was her that made the whole experience. She was so friendly and really helpful I'm glad it was Ann who was in store when I purchased my mattress .

Rebecca was fantastic. We visited the Livingston store yesterday. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all your products and was able to offer advice when we were unsure of what we really wanted. The colour coding in the store was helpful and Rebecca advised us on the price layout of the mattresses. She wasn't overpowering but was on hand for any queries we had. Thank you
