Service was very personal, cup of tea, biscuits, fully explained including what to do if problems. Treated with great respect and was not hurried.

Ann was very helpful but not intrusive, she gave us time to look and try the product. Very professional and friendly.

Steph was very helpful from start to finish, very knowledgeable, I came away from the shop very satisfied and could not believe that I spent all that time in the shop and tried the mattresses. Very strange for me to come out a shop with a smile on my face and looking forward to get the mattress and also the fantastic pillows that I would never would have bought if I never tried them and the way she explained. Sleeping bliss and no back pain.!!!!!!! MAGIC.

The salesperson had a wealth of knowledge about the selection of beds in store. The salesperson listened to my requirements and then advised me of my options available.

Steph greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, she asked if she could help and on saying that we were looking for a mattress, then spent the time explaining the different type of mattresses, helping us to eliminate a huge selection straight away. We then narrowed the mattresses down to 3, where she offered us tea/coffee and left us to keep trying the mattresses out. At no time did she hassle us to make a rash decision or to hurry us up. Once we picked our mattress she then went over what we had chosen and explained the terms and conditions and discussed delivery. Highly recommend your staff!!
