We were helped by Lonard who was was extremely helpful and very knowledgable.. He spent time with us helping to decide on the mattress to suit. He worked past closing time and no issue in doIng this. We will definitely be back

When I visited the store Rebecca was knowledgeable and helpful without placing pressure on me to buy. When I phoned later to place my order the lady on the phone was also friendly and helpful.

Huge range of beds, all easily marked to identify firmness etc. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, but also very patient and determined to ensure that we had explored all options and were satisfied with our purchase.

It was hard to choose as so many beds. But the employee adviced of best mattresses with pillows too. Was able to lay down and see how comfortable. When l had chosen was adviced of insurance and got free bed protector and purchased a new pillowcase as better for support. All very friendly and professional.

Ann in the livingston store was beyond amazing! She helped me from start to finish and had patience with me the whole time and genuinely wanted to help. I've just bought my first home and wanted the perfect bed which ann helped me pick! This bed is the largest purchase for my house so I wanted to make sure I got the best quality and value for money

The staffs were friendly and have a good knowledge of the product. The items bought were to be placed in a new built and she was able to help out with the sizes of the beds and wardrobes using the drawing of the house provided. Excellent work!
