Fast friendly staff. Attentive & polite. Quick to assist me as being disabled helped me to make my purchase easy.

The store assistants where knowledgeable,very helpful and friendly.The shop was set out well and easy to browse around.

Although we had done some research prior to store visit and more or less knew what we wanted, we were given a lot of comprehensive information about the product which helped cement our decision to buy. We were also able to find out about some products that we are considering purchasing in the future. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous. Wouldnt hesitate to return or to recommend.

Hamish was very helpful and took time to explain the different types of mattress to us. He was very patient and allowed us to try out as many mattresses as we felt would help and for as long as we required. The interest free payment option was also of interest to us.

Saw three products in my price range and all looked very good quality. Was given help but not overly intrusive. Whole process was easy and friendly. I was going to go to a slightly cheaper outlet but as there was no delivery charge, I chose Dreams.

Very hapy with the product i bought and the workers knowledge of the product and the measurements.
