Ann was very helpful and spent lits of time ensuring we chose correct mattress we were there till after closing hours and she was quite happy

When we arrived in the Store Steph approached us and asked if we needed any assistance. Steph explained the layout of the mattresses so we could wander. After Steph allowed time for us to wander she then approached again and discussed in more detail our requirements and offered suggestions on different mattresses outlining the differences. As we tried mattresses Steph was helpful in arriving at a decision as to whether we both liked it or not and guided us to more appropriate mattress for our needs.

The staff made us very comfortable in the store. Went to Edinburgh store near Ikea where David helped us explain different mattresses. He was very helpful and had deep knowledge on the mattress subject. Next day went to Livingston for looking at new stores and Lorand in Dreams was very helpful in finding a bed frame and mattress that was available asap. Coffee was served by Ann and was very welcoming. Total experience was very good.

Steph was very friendly & helpful offering suggestions when we were unsure about the choice between divan or ottoman beds. She wasn't pushy in any way and let us see the choices in store and on the web via the screen at the payment desk. Made it a really pleasant experience.

Nice, easy and simple.

The assistant knew all about the products. She was extremely helpful and this made me feel really relaxed. She even got me a cup of tea. Basically I felt I had popped out to meet up with a friend enjoy a cup ot tea. I left the store totally relaxed, after all I had had a wee liedown on a few very comfortable beds. Can't remember when I last felt like that after shopping.

Lorand was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, humorous, he made the buying process enjoyable and still told us everything we needed and wanted to know. A star - and the bed and mattress are pretty good too!
