Stephanie was extremely helpful whilst giving us space to decide on what we wanted.

Me and my partner went bed shopping to dreams with no intention of buying a bed that day, as soon as we went in we were drawn to the Oatmeal Titanium T3 TV bed. Within a couple of minutes the customer advisor Ann came over and helped us repeatedly with the prices, different mattresses, different colours and assisting us along with how the beds work. Your customer advisor was very patient and helpful as we were confused over the different prices. We then decided to go order the bed and Ann helped with letting us know it could be paid up over 30months, showed us how the instalments work, how much deposit etc. The shop was supposed to close at 6 but due to us turning up to the shop with no intention to buy a bed we were running out of time, your colleague made us feel so relaxed and wasn't rushing the process even though her shift should have finish at 6pm she was still sitting with us around 6.30pm. We even got pillows and a mattress protector free of charge and an upgrade on our TV! I am super satisfied with the order and cannot wait for our new bed to arrive. Overall I am satisfied and will be returning when I need a new bed in 8 years time! Thank you so much!

The assistant that helped us was named Anne, from the Livingston branch. She was kind and understanding of our specific issues and needs, which proved to be invaluable. My husband and I were offered something to drink and to have a seat. I have medical problems that I have not encountered before, including paralysis, and my husband also has medical issues. Therefore buying a new mattress for our sleigh bed, brought a new meaning to us, having to include these problems for the first time. I was fortunate that Anne, could associate with these problems, which made the whole experience a lot easier for us. Anne was very knowledgeable about the products and gave us guidance on what would be best for us, within our budget. She explained and went through the ordering process with no problems. My husband and I were very happy with the service that we received from our local dreams store.

I was served by Steph who was very professional and friendly. She even made me tea on both my enquiry visit and to make the purchase. She gave me all the information I needed and more to make a decision. So the decision to buy from Dreams with Steph was an easy one. I am very excited to receive my new bed and spend many nights in it. Cheers 😊

The Dreams colleague, Lorand, met us as we arrived in the store. He was very helpful but never pushy. His knowledge of the range of products was impressive. At no time did we feel under pressure, unlike other shops we visited.

The sales assistant Ann and her colleague were very helful and made us very welcome, including offering us tea, coffee etc. They both had an excellent knowledge of the products we were enquiring about.
