Dreams - Livingstone

On arrival we were greeted by Steph who was very friendly and helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time with us ensuring that we made the right choice of products for our needs, explaining the differences between the products and pros and cons of each. Her knowledge of her products was excellent and she seemed very happy to allow us to ponder and consider the available choices. This meant that we had an enjoyable experience and left the shop feeling that we had had exemplary service. A big thank you to Steph.

Salesman very knowledgeable. Having purchased our bed and mattress from dreams we we looking for a replacement mattress similar to what we had. Salesman listened and gave us several options.

We were highly satisfied with this experience as the sales person (Lorand) was very knowledgeable about every product he told us about and answered any questions we had without hesitation and made us feel very comfortable, excuse the pun, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The store was welcoming and we did not feel in the least bit intimidated, and were left to browse after being welcomed.

The member of staff assisting us was very friendly and accommodating. We had our 11 month old child with us also, which could have made the experience more stressful, but the member of staff engaged with him and kept his attention while we tried beds.

Steph at the Livingston store was absolutely fantastic! She spent a lot of time with us but we never felt pressured into making a purchase. She was very friendly with excellent product knowledge, she asked us questions about what l feel is quite a personal part of your life in a very courteous manner and guided us based on our answers, but always made it clear that it was our personal choice. She interacted nicely with our five year old who as you can imagine found the whole experience 'boring'. A sales person with professionalism, personality and product knowledge!

The assistant listened to me when I explained why I wanted to change my present mattress. She directed me to the options available and was able to explain in detail the various points about each of the mattresses that I tested, before making a purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my experience in the Livingston store. This was my first visit to a Dreams Bedding shop. The sales representative (Hamish) was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my enquiries.

The salesman was super helpful without being in your face. All products were clearly described and priced. Probably one of the easiest shopping trips I have ever had.
