Jon was very helpful. We went on the sleepsmart machine then we tried some mattresses. He explained everything really well and he wasn’t pushy or trying to steer us toward the more expensive items. I like that a lot in salesperson.

We were given the time to try the products and were not rushed into making a decision or pushed to go for an expensive product.

Staff member was really friendly and helpful and she came to assist us as soon as we entered the store, loads of mattresses to choose from and the bed we lay on at the start giving the computer read out was really helpful.

Was left in peace to browse and Jon was very helpful when it came to placing an order. Go into some stores and feel hounded my staff, not at all like that in Livingston Dreams

Jon was amazing though Bensons were cheaper
