Found what I was looking for at a better price than direct from the manufacturer. Sales assistant (Ann) was very helpful and friendly and even let me borrow her glasses so I could check details of my order.

The sales assistant approached us on entering the shop. We explained that we wanted to look round on our own first so the sales assistant left us saying that he was happy to assist us with any questions we may have. We do not like to feel pressured when shopping and were delighted that our wishes were noted. We approached the assistant when we had narrowed down our choice to 2 and he gave us answers to all our questions so we went ahead and ordered our bed, pillows and mattress. It was a refreshing experience not to be harassed, your assistant was both very helpful and friendly.
