Friendly knowledgeable staff who were available but didn't hassle you or make you feel pressured into a purchase. Well laid out store and easy to locate exactly what you want.

All staff in the shop were very friendly. They gave us space and time to look around ourselves but were also attentive when we needed help. We had been in the day before to look around then had visited other furniture shops to compare prices and customer experience. When we came back to Dreams the staff remembered us and made us feel our custom mattered. This is the main reason we chose Dreams over the other two companies. Staff were knowledgeable about all aspects of furniture looked at- beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture. They took in to account our needs and tried to ensure we got the best possible price. Very happy with the overall customer experience and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

We were met as we entered the store by Lorand he stayed with us throughout our visit, he showed us all the different types of mattresses available and the benefits of each one. He listened to what we were looking for before he even started to show us different mattresses. He was never once pushy in fact we felt completely at ease with him it was as if we were talking to a friend. We were offered coffee which he made personally it really was a great experience. Once we chose our mattress he then helped us with purchasing accessories from mattress protector right through to a new duvet cover. We then sat at a desk and he explained all the paper work to us, he then went onto explain about the benefit of bedcover service plan which we purchased. Then when all was done he helped me carry out the pillows etc to the car NOW THATS SERVICE FOR YOU. Please thank Lorand for us.

I was looking for a new mattress as I'd had my old one for about 10 years, but I had no idea what kind to get. The colleague (Lorand?) was very helpful right away and explained about the different kinds of mattresses on offer. He was very good at identifying my needs - asking whether I slept on my back or side, finding out whether I liked firmer or softer beds etc. He was able to show me a range of mattresses and was helpful in narrowing it down to the one I chose. His knowledge of all the products on offer was excellent and he was good at explaining how a good mattress and pillow could help my lower back problems. He also helped me find a suitable mattress protector and pillow to go alongside, which I was very pleased with. Overall he was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

The member of staff was brilliant and went through all of the different items that were in our price range and explained all the details to us.

we were welcomed by anne very quickly she talked o us , told us about the sleep station got us pillows also we have a disabled son and she included him in everything, nothing was a problem and made sure we were happy with what we bought didnt hurry us but let us try anything we wanted, xx was very impressed, we have bought from that store before and would recommend to anyone
