Sometimes when you enter this kind of store the salespeople can be overly pushy. Not here. Ann was amazing. She was the perfect balance of helpful and respectful. She welcomed us in, showed us the area we were looking for, gave us some time to have a look around ourselves first, and then came back and went through "the journey" with us. Having had the same mattress for 8 years, this was the first time my partner and I have chosen a mattress together and we found it a bit daunting - as we thought we would never agree on the same one. But with Ann's help we found one we agreed happily on - even got new pillows! Can't wait for the mattress to be delivered!

When we decided what we would like the sales assistant showed us other options and offers that were on. The staff were very friendly, worked well together and were attentive without being intrusive. Their knowledge of the products and offers were good also. They gave us time to decide without trying to force us into a contract and also negotiated on the price.
